Fulton Montessori School is a small, growing, 501(c)(3) non-profit Montessori toddler through pre-kindergarten program with a strong work ethic for equity and access that has deep roots in the Greater Fulton area. FMS serves a wide range of working families and is proud to provide affordable year-round Montessori education to our community.

After that, the next step involves an in-person classroom observation and second interview. Depending on the number of candidates and where you land in the que, the Head of School will notify you or any further steps!

What we look for in employees:

Our ideal candidate will easily fit into our kind and hardworking team; is punctual and reliable; will show respect and kindness towards children and others; has a love for learning and has a willingness to learn new ways of interacting with children; is comfortable with assisting children in various stages of toilet-training and with careful and thorough hand washing; can stay attentive and alert at all times; uses open communication and follows direction while also asking questions as needed; is willing to defer to leadership as needed regarding parent communication; and is able observe and take notes as needed.
